Eliminate Debts! Mas masarap matulog sa gabi nang wala kang utang.
Magtabi ng Emergency Fund. Hindi natin alam kung kailan darating ang emergency kaya dapat lagi kang may fund.
Kung lahat yan meron ka na, saka ka mag-invest. Para protected ang Investment mo. Hindi mo kailangan humugot dito kapag may nagkasakit o nagka-emergency.
Sa ganitong structure, siguradong ma-aachieve mo ang iyong mga Financial Goals. At kung sakaling magkaroon ka man ng financial crisis alam mong matatag ang financial house mo.
